CALL FOR PAPERS

Paper submission Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Formatted papers will only be accepted for the peer-review process. Papers with signed copyright transfer form will be accepted only by electronic submission through the e-mail to ijise@itfrindia.org. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Peer Review Process International Journal of Imaging Science and Engineering is a refereed journal for scientific papers dealing with any area of Image processing research. The purpose of establishing the scientific journal is the assistance in development of science, operative publication and storage of materials and results of scientific researches and representation of the scientific conception of the society.

All published journal papers are refereed by the competent researchers and scientists of international repute. A full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which :

• Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.
• The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected. For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.

The most important parts of your review are the written comments that will be transmitted to the author. On the review form, please give a straightforward assessment of the importance of the ideas and/or results presented in the paper. Your written comments should provide a thorough technical appraisal of the reported work.

If the manuscript contains information that will be of interest to journal, please indicate those parts of the manuscript that should be corrected before publication. Reviewers are also encouraged to suggest ways to improve the paper, even if it is acceptable in its original form.

All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.
