Presentation Instructions

Each talk is 10 minutes long. It is recommended to use 7 minutes to present and 3 minutes to discuss.
The following points should be taken into consideration when preparing your oral presentation :

  1. Ensure that you are available at least 30 minutes before the session commences on the day of the conference.
  2. The equipment available will be PC With Microsoft Windows O/S and LCD Projector
  3. The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint.
  4. The Presentation Slides must be Submitted Online well in Advance (on or before 25-12-2010)
  5. Only Registered Authors/Visitors are permitted and hence inform the organizing committee about the additional authors/visitors to be registered.
