Dear Researchers,

The general aim of the conference is to promote international collaboration in Education and Research in all fields and disciplines of engineering. The attendance of more than 400 delegates from various countries is expected. ICCIC will be an International Forum for those who wish to present their projects and innovations, having also the opportunity to discuss the main aspects and the latest results in the field of Education and Research. The key fields of focus of the conference are not limited, but note-worthy to mention the following. Computational Intelligence, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Signal Processing, Intelligent Internet modeling and Communication Systems. All submissions in this conference are peer reviewed. All the accepted papers which are registered and presented in 2016 IEEE ICCIC will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN number, IEEE catalog number and also submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed in SCOPUS.

The earlier editions of IEEE ICCIC proceedings indexed in IEEE Xplore are also indexed by EI, SCOPUS, GOOGLE and etc.
